What size should I order? +
We provide a detailed size chart on the product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you are unsure or the size chart is not available, our customer service team will be happy to offer personalized advice.
How can I place an order? +
Placing an order is quick and straightforward:
- Browse products. Explore our collections and select the items you like. Use filters to narrow your search by size, color, or category.
- Add to cart. Once you find an item you like, click Add to cart. Repeat this step for any other items.
- View your cart. Click the cart icon in the upper right corner to review your selections and confirm sizes, quantities, and styles.
- Proceed to checkout. When you are ready, click Checkout.
- Enter your details. Provide your delivery address, contact information, and any special instructions.
- Choose a payment method. Select your preferred payment method such as Shop Pay or credit card.
- Place your order. Review all details and click Place Order to finalize your purchase.
- Confirmation. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation? +
You should receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This includes your order number, a summary of your order, and your shipping address. Check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, contact our support team with your full name and order number and we will resend it.
Can I cancel my order? +
Yes. You can cancel within 12 hours by contacting us as soon as possible. We use automated processing for quick shipping, so if the order has already been processed or shipped we may not be able to cancel it. If shipped, review our return policy and wait for delivery before submitting a return.
Can I modify my order? +
If your order has not been processed yet, changes may be possible. Contact us immediately and we will check what can be adjusted.
How can I use my discount? +
At checkout, enter your gift card or voucher code in the designated field and click Apply. The total updates automatically. If you have issues, contact support.
Will I be charged VAT? +
No, you will not be charged VAT. All taxes are already included in your order.
Delivery
What is the delivery time? +
Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days.
What are the shipping costs? +
Shipping is free. If you choose to exchange an item, return shipping fees may apply. These are calculated based on package weight.
How can I track my order? +
Track your order in real time on our tracking page. You will also receive email updates with status and estimated delivery date.
Tracking says delivered but I did not receive it. What now? +
- Check your delivery address and nearby safe places such as a neighbour or reception.
- Look for a delivery note from the carrier.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- Contact customer support with your order and tracking details.
- File a claim with the carrier if required. We can assist with documentation.
What if my tracking has not updated? +
Tracking can lag. Wait 3 to 5 business days for it to sync. If there are still no updates, contact us and we will investigate.
I entered the wrong delivery address. Can it be corrected? +
If you notice quickly, contact us immediately and we may correct it before shipment. If already processed or shipped, contact the carrier to request redirection or rerouting. Fees may apply. Always double check your address before placing an order.
My package was delivered to a pickup point. What should I do? +
Use the delivery notice or tracking info to locate the pickup point. If you cannot find it, contact the carrier. Pick up within the stated timeframe or the package may be returned. Contact support if you need help.
My package was returned to sender. What should I do? +
Contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Returns
What is the return period? +
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
How do I return my order? +
Contact customer service and provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item. It must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, in original packaging.
- The reason for your return.
What is the return address? +
The return address and instructions are included in the return form we send after you contact us.
Are returns free of charge? +
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Typical fees range from $15 to $30 per package. Heavier items may cost more because fees are weight based.
When will I be refunded? +
Refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually take up to 5 business days depending on your bank.
What is the return processing time? +
Returns are typically processed within 2 to 4 weeks depending on shipping times. After your return arrives at our overseas facility it is processed within 5 business days. Approved returns receive a full refund. Rejected returns such as damaged, incorrect, or used items receive no refund. The package will be sent back to you at no extra charge.
What if I want to return after the return period? +
Our return period is 30 days from the date you receive your package. The return package must be shipped within those 30 days.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my order? +
Yes. Exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery.
How much does an exchange cost? +
Exchanges are free for the product itself. Return shipping fees apply and are based on weight.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What should I do if the product is delivered damaged or defective? +
- Take a photo of the damaged or defective product.
- Email support@hughandclark.com with the photo. Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
What should I do if I received the wrong item? +
Follow the same steps as above. We will send the correct item free of charge.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order? +
Contact us with your order details. Once we confirm the missing item we will send it free of charge.

Do you offer gift cards? +
Yes we do! Gift cards are delivered by email and can be redeemed at checkout like a normal payment method.
